Responsibilities:

Work with Team Leaders to develop sales skills and assist in learning to provide feedback and coaching to Customer Solutions Officers
Maintain understanding of Sales MIS results to identify/provide individual sales feedback to improve sale results
Provide coaching support following sales training
Conduct training and concentrated coaching sessions as required
Support Training Manager in identification of training and operational action/focus needs
Identify skill gaps and development opportunities
Develop/deliver actions to resolve gaps
Provide coaching to improve sales results
Track sales results after coaching to identify impact, transfer learnings and share best practices across the centre
Work to identify areas of focus for boosters and incentive programs
Works to ensure the integration of sales and service

Requirements:

Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in a sales-oriented environment performing like functions
Preference for contact center environment exposure
