Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be responsible for motivating, developing and mentoring Customer Sales Associates. He/she will lead and manage a team of customer service professionals offering IDXNET Products and Services to all potential customers all over Australia.


REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a holder of a degree in Marketing or any Business-related course from a reputable school.
• With excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
• Must have good knowledge of Windows XP, Word 2003, Excel 2003, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Outlook
• Must have at least 1 year experience as a Team Leader for Sales in a customer sales environment.
• Possesses strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
• Works to ensure the integration of sales and service.
• Work to identify areas of focus for boosters and incentive programs.
• Highly motivated, and result driven team player with strong analytical skills.
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, adaptable to changing work schedules.
• Must possess good moral character.
