Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with key stakeholders within the business ensuring the company is informed of impending activities through ad hoc development briefings and specific campaign requirements
Actively participate in meetings, discussions & forums, representing sales requirements, issues, and customer experience
Act as a central agency for managing the flow of information ensuring relevancy of message, medium, and timing to the audience through updates to manuals on line, intranet, and resources, script refinement, collateral, FAQ, etc
Ensure timely, clear, and consistent communication to relevant parties for all activities including (but not limited to) campaigns, new products, product changes, sales leveraging pilots, and promotions
Provide approval on activity briefs and support for the preparation, implementation, and information on the performance of new offer and pilot campaigns
Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on campaign operational performance, issues, and Voice of Customer in a timely and consistent manner
Identify customer touch points and ensure fulfilment process results in a positive customer experience
Host active listening sessions to enable campaign offer refinement and development
Requirements:
Preference for contact center environment exposure
Background in sales projects/account coordination in call center
