B&M Global Services Manila is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Sales Specialist.

Responsibilities:
Independently develop leads through cold calls and interaction with Baker & McKenzie and contributing firm lawyers.
Identify targets and communicate with mid- and large-size multinational companies regarding online services/training and pricing
Manage entire sales cycle, including developing and managing opportunity pipeline
Demonstrate products to prospective customers.
Ability to pitch products to a live audience (via face-to-face and tele-conference calls).
A good track record of negotiating and closing deals.
Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
Provide monthly forecasts against sales targets
Experience in legal issues of relevance to wealth management and of regulatory aspects of cross-border financial products distribution preferred.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
At least three years of previous sales/business development experience, preferably in professional services, legal or Business to business environment, although all candidates are invited to apply
Ability to work well in a start-up environment and be a team player. A self-starter to achieve the minimum Key Performance Indicators’ set out by the company.
Must be self-driven, Extremely focused on winning new business with strong prospecting and closing skills.
Experience in dealing with top-level executives is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, other foreign language abilities would be an additional benefit
Personable, confident and highly professional manner in making presentations, by phone or in person.
Well developed numerical and organizational skills are required. Excellent English language skills are necessary
Background in offshore service operations is an added advantage
Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate time zone differences, when necessary.
Some travel will be required.
