Delegait has an exciting opportunity for an organised and experienced individual to establish and then completely manage their I.T. Support Services in Manila which provides support to Australian customers.
You will need:
* Exceptional oral and written English skills. You will have frequent voice and email contact with Australian customers
* Extensive understanding of the technologies associated with internet and IT services in a business environment
* Excellent ability in telephone sales and especially in managing a telesales team. This is definitely a hands-on role
* Excellent ability with designing and conducting internet marketing campaigns, including Google Adwords
* Proven ability to generate and close leads directly and through management of your telemarketing team. Recruitment and management of a telemarketing team
* Willingness and ability to travel to Australia frequently
* Willingness to start work at 6am or 7am each day to match Australian business hours
* Professional conduct and a strong focus on delivering on the elements of the business plan components that relate to sales and revenue deliverables
* Motivation to succeed
Responsibilities include:
* Sales of the service offerings to Australian based companies. This includes lead generation through a telesales team in Makati (which you will own and manage) and liaison with Australian sales people
* Escalation of prospects for closure (including subsequent management of the process) to Australian sales resources for face-to-face contact and closure
* Assist with the efficient running and quality of the business unit
* Help maintain a vibrant team based culture within the department
You should have strong organisational skills and initiative, be flexible, enthusiastic, respectful of others needs, composed, and have the ability to work within a team environment. Excellent communication skills in English and a strong commitment to a team culture and performance will ensure your success in the role.
