Asylum is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Sales Manager.

Key duties:
- Responsible for complete management of Asylum Partner Program
- Managing partners to meet forecast revenue goals
- Searching for opportunities to pursue joint business development activities where it supports the economic and strategic objectives of the company
- Working with Sales, Business Development and Marketing teams to identify areas of partner development, including forecasting revenue targets for target partners
- Active participation in the training and certification of new Partners
- Contributing to Partner support and feature development, including development of the Partner web portal
- Continuously educating partners regarding the competitive Internet Telephony environment.
- Liaison with Asylum Telecom colleagues to ensure consistency and best practice in developing the IP telephony offering and increasing sales opportunities
- Sales support, where appropriate, for service demonstrations, customer presentations and partner presentations
Key skills and experience required:
- BS/BA (MBA preferred) or equivalent, plus 5 years or more experience in Sales Operations Management for telecom service provider
- Strong international sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving sales targets, including opening new relationships and creating new revenue opportunities
- Demonstrated project management experience with complex projects required.
- Demonstrated success in meeting corporate sales objectives.
- Significant experience in managing the entire sales process.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to directly communicate and participate in cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience applying excellent analytical skills.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Solid knowledge of Internet technology and applications.
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
