Description:
Xpertalk, Inc. is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Sales Executive.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain U.S. client database by identifying prospective accounts and pursuing leads within a targeted market
Promote and sell Xpertalk’s business solutions with primary focus on offshore services
Contact regular and prospective customers to introduce the company, promote Xpertalk’s service offerings, close and/or negotiate deals, ensure delivery of services and help in sales collection
Will assist in the over-all sales management of the service/product assigned: sales, product cycle, operational procedures, suppliers and after sales support such as inquiries and concerns
Leverage and grow network within the industry or geography to gain market awareness and visibility
Assist in the training of new sales team members
Requirements:
With 2-3 years successful sales experience (preferably in Service Industries) with focus in prospecting, cold calling, presentation, follow-up, negotiation & closing business opportunities with top level foreign executives
Outstanding presentation and communication skills – excellent English articulation, grammar and comprehension; natural conversationalists have an advantage!
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and process high volume of detailed work within a short time frame
Must be a self-starter, full of drive and confidence; professional and self-managing
Creative, willing to learn and adjust to the new, fast-changing environment of foreign companies
Willing to work on shifting schedule and can start immediately
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
College degree in a business course from reputable schools is preferred but not required
