We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our new Electronics account.

Administrative Assistant
Receives and sorts all internal and external communications.
Arranges appointments and meetings for superior and reminds him/her of such beforehand ensuring the complete preparation of papers/reports/folders needed by the superior for the meeting.
Attends to incoming calls and messages. Screens calls courteously and refers directly to persons concerned all calls or inqueries that can be readily acted upon by them when superior is out or the call requires immediate actions.
Attends to office supplies requirements and monitors it through a log book.
Creates Purchase Requests (PR).
Routes/disseminates communications to the departments concerned and brings to superior's attention those that are important and which requires his/her decisions.
Prepares all logistics required, particularly during meetings or visits.
Distributes letters/memos/faxes to concerned persons.
Candidate must be a graduate of any four year courses preferably IT related.
Can deal well with people, highly organized, patient, diligent and pro-active.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Must be willing to work in Paranaque City.
Must be willing to work for a contractual position.

Outbound Sales Specialists
Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old
Candidates should have completed at least 2 years of college
Computer literate and proficient in typing
Excellent communication skills in English
Familiar with basic computer operations
Sales background is an advantage
Dependable, keen on details and have strong customer service orientation.
Amenable to work on a graveyard shifts, shifting of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime
Customer focused and patient in handling customer concerns
