Responsibilities:
Provide support, maintenance, monitoring and reporting in a technology diverse environment
Perform routine account activity review of high risk transactions
Contact customer to validate card activity
Follow standard procedures and action plans to reduce exposure on suspect items and/or transactions
Open fraud or loss cases as necessary and ensuring that case files are accurate and complete with all appropriate dispositions and detailed notes
Ensure that regulatory, legal, client and audit requirements are met
Perform cardholder Dispute and Chargeback within VISA and MasterCard environments
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
At least one year of experience in Banking/Financial Services, Operations, Risk Management, Fraud, Call Center, or comparable function
Must possess excellent understanding of the payment industry
Knowledge of processing Disputes and Chargeback with VISA and MasterCard rules preferred but not a requirement
Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
Must have strong Windows-based Operating Systems skills
Strong proficiency working with web browsers, strong web navigations skills and ability to work effectively with proprietary, web-based tools
