Responsibilities:
Responsible for first contact with the any borrower in arrears in their loan repayments
Initial contact by way of phone and follow-up letter
Reviewing arrears for funders and updating the funders arrears management systems.
Action accounts in the appropriated manner.
Confirm balances. (ie loans in arrears)
Collect accounts in full or any variations of payment able to be obtained by negotiation.
Be certain of all actions taken and recommendations made.
Listen to customer’s objections and work with customer may have.
Respond promptly to any queries or disputes a customer may have by email, writing or by telephone.
Correct preparation of files in arrears.
Use all resources to obtain a completed profile of a customer.
Other functions as dictated by the role.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;
CEBUANOS are welcome to apply;
Demonstrated experience with general collections and arrears functions;
Initiative, Integrity, Judgment, Keyboard Skills, Motivational Fit, Persuasiveness;
Excellent English oral communications skills;
Keen attention to detail;
Ability to work successfully in a team environment;
Must possess excellent telephone manners;
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center,Pasig City.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
