College Level
Preferably with at least 6 months experience in Call Center Experience.
Fresh graduates and without Call Center experience are encouraged to apply.
Amenable to work on shifting and graveyard schedules.

Excellent English Conversational Skills.
Excellent Customer Service Orientation.
Computer Knowledge and navigation skills.

Recruitment Associate
Responsibilities:
Execute end to end recruiting from sourcing to final stage of recruitment process
Can coordinate and implement recruitment initiatives and tasks
Admin duties and tracking records and data.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology, Marketing or equivalent.
Marketing and Sales experience is an advantage
Must be knowlagable on end to end recruiting from sourcing to job offer
Has 1 or 2 years experience in Recruitment on a BPO set up
Must have pleasing personality and can think out of the box
Above average Communication Skills
Can work on minimal supervision.
Must be willing to work in Pasig, Quezon City or Sta Lucia Area
