Integreon Managed Solutions is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Research Trainer. Successfuly applicants for Research Trainer will have a great career in Integreon Managed Solutions.

Responsibilities:

Deliver training to newly hired and existing employees using standard experiential learning methodology in the areas of investment banking, financial research, etc
Collaborate with clients and global KS L&D Team to create training plans and develop curriculum for general research, finance and customer specific processes
Design and administer technical assessment tools during pre and post training
Provide feedback and mentoring to trainees
Facilitate special trainings as may be assigned
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in MAKATI CITY.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
