APAC Customer Services is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Reports Programmer.
Successfuly applicants for Reports Programmer will have a great career in APAC Customer Services.
* Develops moderately complex queries and reports to support multi-faceted internal and external reporting requirements.
* Changes code to maintain report definitions and/or provide enhancements to meet ongoing requirements.
* Assists with the implementation of new reporting and new clients.
* Prepares appropriate documentation for processes and reports as created.
* Interfaces with client contacts to determine requirements and develop solutions.
* Support of existing reports and processes
* Develops and maintains reporting standards based on department, company, and industry principles and ideals.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Job role in Software Engineer/Programmer or Software/Application Trainer.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel preferred; thorough understanding of database modeling and relational databases; excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; detail oriented; great organizational skills with ability to multi-task and show attention to detail in a fast paced work environment.
* Competency with web based presentation tools and Oracle databases.
* Knowledgable with ASP.NET, SQL and MYSQL,
* Strong business skills and analysis capabilities required.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Willing to work on a night shift schedule
