Required:
BA/BS – College Degree
Call center background
Excel and Microsoft Access experience
Experience in both reporting and analysis of trends for operations
Preferred:
Analytics experience e.g. recommendations based on the data, root cause analysis, trend analysis
QA reporting background/analysis background will help
Assists in the analysis of trends in operational/financial data from ACD, telecom network, scheduling software, payroll, etc.
Supports the maintenance of the national center operations data solutionsn that utilize Oracle, SQL, Access, Seagate Crystal Reports, and Excel
Asissts in the creation of reports both proactively and in response to client requests to improve operational efficiencies
Assists with routine audits and data validation
Asissts with the development of new processes for the gathering and maintenance of data
