Responsibilities:
Responsible for screening, recruiting and employment of qualified and suitable candidates for the manpower requirements of Siemens Inc.
Recruit, screen and endorse qualified candidates to hiring manager for final interview and assessment.
Coordinate with Recruitment Companies in the implementation of the recruitment process specifically designed for the Call Center department.
Responsible for Recruitment Activities related to Attraction, Selection and integration of new employees.
Generation, Implementation and Communication of HR Guidelines
Optimization of processes and continuous improvement of related working area.
Support the HR Manager and HR Team in all professional HR routine work and administrative tasks, combined with special assignments and projects.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related field.
At least three years of hands-on experience in recruitment (from sourcing to employment administration) and in general HR functions, preferably in a call center setup.
Extensive experience in sourcing and selection (testing administration, interpretation and evaluation, interviewing)
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications.
Multi-tasking ability, keen attention to details and strong customer orientation are required.
