Rainmaker Asia is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Recruitment Specialist. Successfuly applicants for Recruitment Specialist will have a great career in Rainmaker Asia.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with RPD for the Requisition.
• Searching the pool for additional qualified candidates.
• Screening resumes; paper screening.
• Conducts face-to-face and phone interviews.
• Assist with developing interview questions and coordinating interview schedule for the department..
• Coordinate with Representatives from Headhunters and Job Portals.
• Attends Job fairs and other Recruitment and HR activities.
• Does Provincial Recruitment if necessary.
• Ensures that all applicants submit their pre-employment requirements including Fit To work clearance before attending Company Orientation
• Coordinate and Endorse New Batch of Trainees to Operations for the Product Training Schedule
• Coordinate and Endorse New Batch of Trainees to Training Department for the Generic and Product Training schedule.
• Prepares PAF for Hired as Probationary Employees



Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required skill(s): Sourcing.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
