One World Telecom (OWTel) is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Recruitment Specialist. Successfuly applicants for Recruitment Specialist will have a great career in One World Telecom (OWTel).

Responsibilities:


Source, screen and interview applicants for various openings.
Attend job fairs, conduct career talks in line with the current recruitment plan
Coordinate with various external recruitment providers.
Generate reports and maintain documentation (recruitment reports)
Conducts background check of applicants
Performs others job-related duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time
Coordinate with hiring managers regarding the hiring needs

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent oral, written communication skills and presentations skills
Experience in call center preferred, but not necessary
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas,Pasig City
Full-Time positions available.
