As the Recruitment Manager you will be required to:
Lead and develop a team of recruitment specialists to meet aggressive recruiting targets in support of specific client needs
Establish high-volume sourcing strategies and tactics, and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
Implement and modify customized interviews, testing, and screening tools; and make continuous process improvements to the recruiting process resulting in higher recruiting yields and better quality hires
Utilise corporate support teams to assist with recruiting efforts and develop strategic partnerships with these internal teams to leverage their services
Monitor recruiting targets daily by individual team members and act quickly to troubleshoot obstacles and motivate the teams to reach daily recruiting targets
Adapt plan and shift directions in order to meet changing client requirements.
Requirements:
Preferably degree qualified in a related field
Minimum 4 years experience in recruitment, with 2yrs + in a supervisory/management position
Strong customer service ethic
Exceptional communication skills
Motivated attitude who can demonstrate consistent performance outcomes and a commitment to delivering results
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Sta Rosa - Laguna.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
