Requirements:
1. Formal education or training required such as degrees, courses of study, certification:
BA/Completion of a 3 or 4 year diploma/degree focused on a relevant study eg: Finance OR
AA degree or 2 years of University education with formal training and additional relevant experience
2. Previous work experience required for a new hire in this position:
3+ years prior experience in a BPO/Call Centre environment
1+ years experience in a Supervisory role providing input to the qualifications of an associate, it may or may not have included ability to recommend termination
1+ years experience in a similar process training and/or quality role
3. Summary of the minimum kinds of knowledge, skills and abilities required to do this job:
A. Knowledge of:
Finance, Sales or VM
Call centre type environments
ACD Phone systems, call routing
Call monitoring
B. Skill in:
Training others
Documenting processes
Presenting to a group
Assessing behaviors of associates within a group to see impact to others
C. Ability to:
Provide constructive feedback to others to assist in their development
Analyze processes for potential improvements
Proven ability to achieve results through the motivation or influencing of others
Thrives in a fact paced environment
Proven management skills
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
Detailed oriented
Analytical
Proactive, Self Starter
4. Other aspects of the job that are relevant such as ability to travel as a requirement.
Flexibility to work afternoon/night shift, approximately 5pm-9am (TBD)
Ability to receive a US or Canadian business visa, no prior legal concerns
Availability to travel to North America if required
