Description:
Infosys BPO Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Quality Lead.
Successfuly applicants for Quality Lead will have a great career in Infosys BPO Philippines.
Responsibilities:
* The primary objectives of the QA for his teams are:
* Quality SLA Adherence and Review
* Ensure C-Sat score is met
* Submission of quality reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
* Quality improvement methodologies intervention from corporate quality teams.
* Provide quality improvement inputs to the operations team and quality manager.
* Monitor quality of CSAs/ Teams
* Provide feedback and coaching to CSAs and Teams
* Bring about process efficiency over a period of time.
* Knowledge of Six Sigma and lean methodology would be an added advantage
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
* At least 5 years working experience with at lest 2 years in QualityAssurance.
* Experience handling a Telecommunications related account preferable.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
* Good Communication, Analytical & Problem solving skills.
* Ability to manage and coach his team memebrs.
* Full-Time positions available.
