Responsibilities:


Lead/supervise all aspects of Quality excellence with emphasis on continuing to improve operating results and strengthening underlying processes.
Provide operation floor management by monitoring service levels, making appropriate decisions and regular monitoring of quality
Attending regular meetings with clients, operations, and the training department and to ensure that all departments are calibrated
Review Quality parameters and propose or make changes whenever necessary in consultation with Operations
Defining quality parameters to the call agents and QA?s and definining the scope of improvisation.
Coaching, mentoring, and training the team
Requirements:

At least 1 year professional experience as a QA Specialist from a BPO
Must possess a bachelors?s/college degree in any field
Possesses strong written and verbal communication
Highly organized, energetic and patient, as he/she teaches entry-level employees
Comfortable speaking in front of a group of people on a daily basis, as well as remaining professional and courteous as he/she offers individual or group instructions
Should have a decent technical and mathematical skills, since most of the center?s calls are handled via headset and computer
Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
