Candidates must have at least 1 year work experience as a Quality Analyst/ Quality Assurance Specialist in a BPO industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent listening skills
Should have strong Technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills and Backaground handling Tech Account/ Campaigns.
Has shown flexibility in an organization and good in time management skills.
Amenable to work in shifting schedule and graveyard shift.
Strong Knowledge in MS Excel and other MS Office Applications.
