Resource Planning Manager
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably IE, Computer Science, BS math or statistics
with problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills
at least 2 years experience in a position of similar nature
Proficient in MS Excel, Access and Visio

Outbound account supervisor
graduate of any 4 year course, preferably management, behavioral science or any related field
with at least 2 years working experience in a call center telemarketing environment

Legal Counsel
bachelor of Laws degree holder
philippine bar passewr
licensed legal practitioner of good standing
at least 1 year related experience

Outbound Operations Manager
minimum 4-year degree in Management, Behavioral Science, Communication Arts or any related discipline
With at least 3 years experience in a call center telemarketing environment holding a managerial position

Successful candidates should possess at least 3 years of relevant application support experience with main stream software applications such as Windows, MS Office, Peoplesoft CRM, Vanitive, Interactive Intelligence CIC, Active Directory, Citrix, TN3270 Software, Internet and others.

He must have the ability to commmunicate effectively and comfortably in American English. Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end users is also important.
