Responsibilities:

Adept in business process review and documentation
Analytical and highly motivated
Highly dependable and self motivated
Experience in QA in the BPO industry a plus
Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Prepared to work shifts including graveyard, weekends and holidays

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
