Responsibilities:
This role will be an integral part of a global team that will deliver technical solutions in a quality and efficient manner to clients around the world
Maintains web-based project issues log to track ongoing items for review and resolution by the project team.
Fully understand business needs driving technology
Be involved in all aspects of the testing lifecycle such as planning, execution, debug, execution tracing, and coverage analysis
Provide technical support for both clients and internal end users on developed systems.
Assists in developing standardized work processes, tools, and methodologies that improve quality and profitability.
Research new developments in hardware and software. Keep abreast of latest developments regarding effective procedures, methods, and tools in testing.
Work with team members to conduct manual and automated test cases for stand-alone and web-based applications and their system components such as user interface, data interface and business logic functionality
Works with team members to identify project deliverables and meets established deadlines.
Tracks the project status and communicates status to team members as appropriate.
Work with team members to define detailed test plans for specific system and sub-system functionality requirements.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
5 Full-Time positions available.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related area.
3+ years experience in software testing and quality assurance with 2+ years experience in writing automated tests
Understands software development life cycle processes
Must be able to analyze and understand technical requirements documents and provide testing competency for existing test cases
Must be able to execute and manage automated test scripts in one of the following tools: TestComplete or QuickTestPro
Familiarity and use of other testing tools such as PVCS Tracker, MS Visual Studio/Visual Source Safe, or MKS Source Integrity
Proficiency in VB Script is required
Experience in writing SQL queries is required
Experience in C# and .NETis preferred
Familiarity with performance testing using LoadRunner, Visual Studio, or other performance test tools is preferred, but not required
Experience in the Financials, Human Resources or Benefits domain areas is preferred, but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience working with the USand/or UKis preferred
Experience in performance management of people is preferred
Ability to work on "virtual" teams with members from different geographic areas
Ability to multi-task, and be mindful of deadlines.
Self-motivated and ability to remain focused on assigned projects.
