Responsibilities:

Keeping inventory levels within the safety stock and target quantity levels set by the Asst. / Purchasing Manager


Suggesting to stock below safety stock level or above target quantity level during foreseen price changes, supply uncertainties and other special cases


Computing required order quantity based on actual consumption trend or approved forecast as agreed with the Asst. / Purchasing Manager


Ensuring that the right ordered quantity is delivered on time, at the designated place and in accordance with specified standards.


Serves approved Requisition Slips from other Company units within the specified lead time
Requirements:

Candidates should be college graduates of Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and other related fields
Should have above average to excellent English communication skills.
Must have purchasing / purchaser experience preferably in the US setting
Willing to work in Makati
Able to effectively negotiate with suppliers
Have knowledge in sourcing for suppliers
Has good time management, problem solving and decision making skills
Should be knowledgeable in using Microsoft Word and Excel
