Promantra Synergy Solutions Ltd. is looking for the following:

VP. Business Development – (Job Code: PMBD)
Bachelor or Post Graduate degree in Business Administration with 4-8 years of experience in Consultative Business Development. Ideal background would be from a large Financial Services, or IT services organization. Experience of developing proposals, handling RFIs & RFPs.Candidates having a US visa need only apply.

Billing Manager – (Job Code: PMBM)
Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream with 4+ years experience in medical billing specifically provider side. Should be well versed with concept of coinsurance, co-pay, deductibles, eligibility criteria for insurance plans, AR follow-up and denials. Should have successfully transitioned minimum two medical billing projects and necessarily possess US visa.

Sr. Software Programmers – (Job Code: PMSP)
Engineer or Post Graduate in computers with 2+ years of experience in ASP.net, VB.net, IIS, Web Services, COM, DCOM, XML, Java Script, Crystal Reports, and SQL Server.

Process Associate – (Job Code: PMPA)

Accounts Payable(AP)
Graduates or Post Graduates in commerce, CA (Inter) with 2 – 3 yrs exp in hard core accounting and Willing to work in night shifts.

Accounts Receivable (AR)
Graduate in commerce, MBA (Finance) with 2 – 3 yrs exp in medical billing and willing to work in night shifts.

Process Specialist – (Job Code: PMPS) Accounts Payable (AP)
CA / CA Inter with 4+ years of experience in AP process with good computer knowledge and excellent communication skills. Job involves frequent interactions with US clients and act as a mediator between PROMANTRA and the clients. Need to provide training to new entrants on the Process.

Accounts Receivable (AR)
B.com / MBA Finance from reputed institutes with 4+ years of experience in AR process with good computer knowledge and excellent communication skills. Job involves frequent interactions with US clients and act as a mediator between PROMANTRA and the clients. Need to provide training to new entrants on the process.

Clinical Process Operations ( CPO)
MBBS / MHM having 2-3 of experience in Clinical Process with good computer knowledge and excellent communication skills. Job involves frequent interactions with US clients and act as a mediator between PROMANTRA and the clients. Need to provide training to new entrants on the process.

Medical Transcription – Proof Readers (Job Code: PMPR)
Graduate in any stream with 3+ years of experience as MT and 1+ years of experience (Experience in Mammograms are preferred) as Proof Reader. Flexible to work in the night shifts on rotation basis.

Medical Transcription – MT (Job Code: PMMT )
Graduate in any stream with 1+ years of experience in multiple specialties (preferred in Radiology). Flexible to work in the night shifts on rotation basis.

Business Development – Sr. BDE (Job Code: PMBDE )
Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream with, Back-end BD professionals with proven track record in developing clients' databases, prospecting, cold calling, fixing appointments and customized research. Should have 2+ years experience in presales activities in any reputed BPO (preferred in Healthcare BPO) company with excellent communication skills and business acumen.
