Responsibilities:

Part of the planning team of incoming data conversion projects
Responsible for handling data conversion projects and its operators
Responsible for meeting deadlines and maintaining quality of handled projects
Responsible for uplifting morale and motivation of operators
Responsible for managing the performance of his/her group
Responsible for communicating with clients regarding projects handled
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable school, preferably in an IT field
At least two (2) years experience as a team leader/project supervisor
Responsible and has good leadership skills
Strong communication skills
Computer literate, knowledge in MS Excel and Database handling is a plus
Must be hardworking and flexible
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
