Requirements:
- Act as project lead on billable client engagements and manage tasking for technical consultants
- Provide strategic and process solutions to clients
- Create and manage project schedules to ensure client production dates
- Document project deliverables including statements of work, requirement documents, project workbooks, test plans, final reports, and user manuals
- Manage complex problem solving in a technical environment
- Coordinate communications to the client and among other MphasiS teams
- Ensure compliance of team with project financial systems including contracting, time and expense, invoicing, and project accounting
- Provide guidance and leadership to less experienced consultants
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years applicable experience
- Three year’s experience must be in a technical consulting environment
- Experience with a top tier software or consulting firm preferred
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to drive simultaneous projects to completion on-time and within budget
- Ability to advise clients on system application architectures and best practices
- Recent experience in web technologies/Mainframe/Enterprise application implementations
- Preferred background in multiple operating systems, content/knowledge management
Work Experience: 8 to 14yrs
