Accenture Manila BPO is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Project Management Lead.
Successfuly applicants for Project Management Lead will have a great career in Accenture Manila BPO.
You will lead implementation activities from the time the project is being planned together with the client, up to the time unit starts processing live transactions.
Other responsibilities include:
Manage a team of project resources (currently 7 individuals) working on multiple transition projects ensuring on time delivery
Work with Implementation colleagues to determine how to support new projects and co-ordinate activities, ramping up resource levels to fit demand.
Create industrialized processes for implementation
Provide assistance in developing a solution that best fits the client’s needs. Ensure the project can support the solution designed for the client.
Assist and participate in client visits to the Philippines Delivery Center.
Requirements:
Graduate of a four year course.
Fluency in English.
Computer Literacy. Skilled in using basic MS Office applications
Ability to work proactively, creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in a non-IT environment and help build a rapidly growing service offering (Telecom Expense Management)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Good project management skills
Good leadership skills
Good performance management skills including feedback techniques
Experience in Telco Procurement or Billing Systems is an advantage
Experience in Order processing also an advantage
