Responsibilities:
Coordinates all departments involved for a specific account for QUALFON.
Drafts initial Scope of Work for accounts coming in for QUALFON.
Communicates with client on updates of the implementation to the time agents are delivered to the floor to take calls or chats.
Requirements:
Degree holder of any four-year course.
5 years or more of work experience in a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial level.
Has ability to foster trust, cooperation, and positive relations with clients, suppliers, and business partners to sustain close and profitable relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries in business relationships.
Can communicate effectively with different kinds of people, to develop and maintain effective relationships.
Must be able to design, implement, and manage projects & direct the related resources, personnel & activities to successful completion using tools such as Gantt charts, spreadsheets. Milestones, scheduling, software, budget & expense tracking, etc.
Knows how to plan and organize work to deliver on commitments in a timely, orderly, effective and efficient manner.
Can identify problems and be able to determine possible solutions and actively work to resolve the issues using various problem solving tools and techniques.
Ability to facilitate & follow through the flow of work for a project or undertaking and ever ready to provide support when called for until completion or when the desired results are achieved.
