As a Program Manager, you will have responsibility for anywhere from 100 - 150 agents and 10-15 team leaders. That means a successful Program Manager will be an excellent leader and a skillful manager to supervise the professional affairs of 165 people dialing anywhere from 1-3 different programs.

Expert knowledge of teleservices campaign management processes
Familiarity with all standard call center technologies and processes
Proven ability to develop productive business relationships with peers, subordinates, and customers
Reliable and detail oriented with the ability to take and deliver direction
Highly developed problem-solving skills
