Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of on-line tools for eSupport and Service Delivery.
Plan and implement the on-line delivery of technical support solutions, applications, services and tools that are directed to help TAC agents and end users.
Work closely with assigned functional business groups, units, and vendors to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions deployed in support of business goals and objectives.
Monitoring vendor delivery of on-line tools, graphics and product contents on Account's Support web site for customers as well for Support Agents at Technical Assistance Centers.
Track multiple cross-organizational project progress, time line, resources, cost, and present overall project status reports to direct management.
Provide leadership and guidance to development team and vendors
Coordinate resource conflict among vendors, resources, and timelines.
Provide regular project status review and updates to management and re-adjust project plans per guidance and overall eSupport project strategy.
