Responsibilities:

Fonality is seeking Professional Services Specialists to support our customers by phone and email. If you have previous technical support experience, great communication skills, and the desire to learn, this may be the perfect job for you.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required skill(s): Perl, LINUX, PHP.
Basic network experience (hardware and services, etc.)
Proven track record in a customer-facing technical support position
Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal
Linux networking and administration skills are a plus
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Applicants must be willing to work on graveyard/ shifting schedules.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
3 Full-Time positions available.
