Responsibilities:
The Production Linux Helpdesk Specialist / Supervisor is responsible for working in our Incident Management Team. Chosen candidate will be working as part of a service-focused global IT organization to support high volume Internet transaction platforms utilizing the latest and greatest hardware and software technologies.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Others or equivalent preferably IT related;
At least 4 year(s) of working experience with Linux preferably RHEL / CentOS and MS Windows server operating systems;
Experience supporting Apache / Tomcat / JBoss Web Application servers;
Exceptional troubleshooting skills;
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent English communication skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
