Intervoice is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Product Trainer for Outbound Accounts.
Successfuly applicants for Product Trainer for Outbound Accounts will have a great career in Intervoice.
Responsibilities:
Implement training provided by the clients, and evaluates trainees’ performance based on client’s metrics and makes recommendations in endorsing trainees to production.
Prepare Daily Training Summaries to keep all parties concerned updated with regards to headcount, training progress, performance management, and attrition.
Requirements:
At least three (3) years training experience in the call center industry, particularly in an outbound setting.
Supervisory or management skills required.
Extensive experience with the quality models and procedures practiced in the call center environment.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.
Must be able to handle multiple and shifting priorities.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
