To handle inbound calls from clients regarding installation and troubleshooting of computer networking devices
Candidate must possess a degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any computer related course; non-technical course graduates with technical trainings are also welcome to apply.
Knowledgeable in PC Networking, PC troubleshooting, Training related to PC.
Networking is an advantage.
Excellent English Communication Skills both oral and written.
Background in working for a Call Center is an Advantage.
Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
