Responsibilities:
* Provides customer service solutions to different clients needing assistance, provides information in response to inquiries about the products or services, and handles and resolves complaints
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
* Must have a good ENGLISH Communication Skills
* Knowledgeable in PC Troubleshooting and Networking
* Networking related training is an advantage
* Willing to work on shifting schedules
* Applicants must be willing to work in Block 2 Lot 3 Trade Street Pueblo de Oro IT Park,Cagayan de Oro City.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
