To manage the production performance of all product support teams in the Contact Center Operations to ensure that client required service levels and productivity targets are met

Male, 28 - 38 years old
Must possess a bachelor's degree preferably in engineering, IT or related discipline
With, at least, 2 years managerial experience in a call center
Preferably, a working knowledge of computer networking technology
Excellent organizational, people-management and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and deliver desired results whether on- or off- site
Flexibility to work in shifting schedules
Willing to travel or relocate to provincial sites
