Responsibilities:

Conducts training needs analysis and gathers requirements of specific Operations teams.
Designs, facilitates, and evaluates process training courses.
Maintains training database.
Participates in the coordination of strategic and critical migration projects.
Requirements:

Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Education or equivalent.
Has excellent or above average oral and written communication skill.
Knowledgeable in module development.
At least one year experience in the related field.
Willing to work on night shift and Phil. holidays
Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
