Dell Customer Contact Center is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Process Leader. Successfuly applicants for Process Leader will have a great career in Dell Customer Contact Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages and leads projects with minimal guidance/ supervision.
Primarily interacts with internal customers.
Performs basic Business Process Improvement (BPI) analysis. Structures, designs, and drives projects.
Participates on segment and cross functional projects.
Facilitates fulfillment of customers’ requirements, mostly internal interactions.
Works with clear direction and regular progress reviews.
Intermediate project/program manager role, complete understanding of environment, segment, product/service offerings and client set.
Applies information gathered from coach/mentor.
Can map out processes and use basic BPI analyses to determine areas for improvement
REQUIREMENTS:

Good organizing and planning skills.
Strong priority setting skill.
Strong initiative.
Strong ability to communicate clearly.
Strong ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Strong ability to lead multiple project teams simultaneously.
Demonstrate attentiveness to quality and productivity.
Strong ability to lead across functions applying organizational agility.
Solid business acumen and strategic ability.
Good analytical skills and knowledge of statistics.
4–6 years of relevant work experience.
Must be willing to work in Quezon City
