Description:
Sutherland Global Services is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Process Analyst Manager.

Responsibilities:
Partner with the Global Process team to ensure the definition, documentation, measurement, maintenance and ownership of key business processes are clearly defined across the segment
Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement across the segment following the approved Process Improvement model.
Evaluate, measure, and track the effectiveness of improvements.
Prepare business cases for system enhancements to support the prioritization of product, process, policy improvements in line with the Global CS End to End Customer Experience Roadmap
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Fluent English (written and spoken)
BA/BS degree preferred
Process improvement Qualification (Six Sigma)
Formal Project Management Qualification (PMI/PRINCE) an advantage
2- 4 years similar experience within a fast paced global operations, contact/call centre or shared services environment
Excellent analytical skills, proven ability to translate user requirements, process improvement opportunities into operational efficiencies
Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and stakeholders
Ability to lead, manage & motivate small project teams
Demonstrate a customer centric, professional approach in all deliveries.
Skills to make sound, logical decisions while demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
Demonstrated initiative and positive attitude. Proactively delivering results.
Proven ability of driving change and participating in strategic and operational projects within a dynamic organization.
Technology savvy, appreciation for software development methodology.
