Siemens Business Services is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Process Analyst. Successfuly applicants for Process Analyst will have a great career in Siemens Business Services.

Qualification:
2 years experience in a call center responsible for Business Process design, release and implementation including end-to-end documentation
Strong analytical thinking, coordination, research, communication and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, Access and familiarity with CMS and CRM systems
Background in qualitative initiatives such as Six Sigma, ISO, EFQM, ITIL will be an advantage
