Responsibilities:
The payroll account process owner has responsibility for the over-all payroll processes of an account. The role also includes reporting of SLAs, managing & communicating major incidents to key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for work process defect elimination. The payroll account process owner meets the job requirements of this role by meeting Service Level Agreements and delivering productivity and cost improvements for the account managed. This position reports to the Payroll Regional Process Owner
Requirements:
Candidates should be college graduates of Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and other related fields
Should have above average to excellent English communication skills.
Must have payroll process experience preferably in the US setting
Strong thinking and problem solving skills – able to analyze errors/complex situations and identify appropriate solutions
Customer-oriented – demonstrates a positive attitude towards customer service
Strong interpersonal skills – able to collaborate with people and work effectively in a team
Strong communication skills (oral & written) – confident and able in communicating with key managers and other external contacts
Priority setting – able to identify critical requirements and prioritize tasks
Ability to deal with highly personal, confidential information
Leadership – able to effectively lead a team to achieve a common goal
Strong project management skills
Willing to work in UP Techno Hub, PHILCOA on Night Shift
