ADP Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Payroll-Benefits Analyst. Successfuly applicants for Payroll-Benefits Analyst will have a great career in ADP Philippines.

Responsibilities:
The Payroll/Benefits role provides guidance and research in response to U.S. payroll and benefit questions, and issues presented by employees and participants of ADP’s clients. With a focus on first-call resolution and world-class service, this role will use multiple tools and resources in order to develop an accurate and comprehensive response to inquiries.


Requirements:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
1-3 years high volume, problem resolution, technical clients services experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
Strong verbal/written communication and telephone etiquette skills are required.
U.S. Payroll, and Benefits knowledge is a plus.
Basic knowledge of math, ability to work with numbers.
