Ventaja International Corp is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Overseas Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate, key accounts
- Responsible in training clients overseas on the use of its web based system
- Manage, train and supervises customer service team
- Prepare and submit customer report and sales performance
- Follow up orders and monitor payments from clients
- Ensure timely delivery of its commitment to clients
- Capable of traveling overseas if needed
- Can work on shifting and weekends
- Capable of having its own initiative and making sound decisions
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Reports directly to the Sales Director
Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least minimum of 2 years experience as Customer Service Officer
- Good interpersonal skills to effectively establish lasting working relationships with people
- Well organized, good time management and can perform multi-tasking
- Result oriented and adaptable to the different time zones of various clients.
- Candidate must Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Two (2) years computer background is a must
- With excellent written and oral communication
- Can work well under considerable pressure.
- Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint etc...)
- Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City.
