Responsibilities:
Calls prospective customers to explain type of service or product offered
Responsible for initiating, documenting and handling product/service-related transactions over the phone.
Requires extensive product/service knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate/ motivate and educate customers
Ability to identify, qualify and create sales/upgrade sales opportunities, match product features and benefits to customer needs and effectively close a sale


Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least Vocational Diploma /Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Above Average English Communications Skills
Excellent Negotiating, Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills
At least 6 months’ outbound sales experience is required for this position; experience in handling international telecommunications campaign is a plus
Amenable to work on a graveyard, holidays, weekend, shifting schedule
Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
