Responsibilities:
The Outbound Sales Account Executive or Outbound Sales Manager is responsible for executing the company sales strategy, working closely with the team to ensure KPI's are being met and the operational functions are working at an optimal level ensuring excellence in the team sales performance and revenue targets achievement.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
· Proven sales background with financial services and or BPO service industry
· Proven sales track record with outbound sales in a call center environment
· A business to business sales or business development background
· Capable of not only winning new business but build long standing rapport with clients
· The ability to perform the full sales cycle, from the initial cold call through to close of sale
· Solid people management experience
· Strategic - Able to think laterally to drive new revenue streams
· Management style - Democratic and collaborative
· Decision making - Able to be decisive and firm where appropriate.
For example, performance management restructures etc.
· Adaptability - Enjoys and thrives in a constantly changing environment.
· Self motivated, driven by results, high energy and enthusiasm level, highly proactive nature
· Bachelors Degree, preferably marketing, business management or its equivalent
Requirements:
Technical Knowledge (Position Specific Skills and Experience)
· Marketing, Accounting and/or business related degree
· Preferable: Accounting know-how with outbound sales
· Basic Knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping is a PLUS
· Computer/Internet/Software literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email
· Excellent organization, time management and communication skills
· Proficient with Gotomymeeting, skype and other online meeting tools
· Male or Female
· Willing to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)
