As our valued OUTBOUND SALES EXECUTIVES, you'll be assisting people from different countries, providing great presentation on products and helping customers select the right service plans. It is challenging work, but you'll be rewarded with commissions and incentives as you help our clients meet their sales goals. Outbound Sales Executives call customers to offer specials, upgrades and promotions. Most of the sales programs are easy to learn through training and continuous improvement, so you can begin earning commissions quickly. You must be able to handle calls and navigate the computer, while providing top-notch service. Either way, we spell FUN, CAREER and LIFE under one roof.
Responsibilities:
• Provides outbound sales presentation calls to businesses and consumers for Telecoms, Survey, Lead Generations, Mortgage services.
• Creates a need and develop sales opportunities base on targets.
• Must be able to meet daily sales targets as required by the client.
• Must be able to gather customer contact information and close orders on a daily basis.
• Must be able to provide excellent customer service approaches.
• Must project a professional company image through phone interaction at all times.
• Must maintain call quality in every call.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 months experience as an outbound/sales agent/representative in a customer service.
• Background in telemarketing, promotion of US/UK/Australia business/residential directory listing, telecommunication, survey, lead generation, mortgage campaigns.
• Sales driven and Goal Oriented.
• Proven track record of results/sales base on quotas met and sales targets achieved or exceeded.
• High regard of maturity and commitment to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willing to work in Makati City.
• Full time positions available.
