AMPM Connect Call Center, is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Outbound Sales Agent.

Responsiblities:
# Develops and maintains positive customer relations.
# For the Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative post, having tremendous sales ability is a must to sell the company's products.
# Assist Customers in their purchase.
# Being creative and driven enough in order to reach sales targets.
Requirements
* Candidate must have completed at least 2nd year in college or a graduate of any college degree courses.
* Preferably with sales experience from a previous call center.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Interested for a Full-Time position.
* Self-driven attitude for continuous learning.
* Must have self-initiative to learn and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
* Proactive and a team player.
* An outgoing energetic personality.
* Possess a customer-focus attitude and able to carry out account support.
* Willing to work on different schedules especially on night shift.
* Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
* Excellent Problem Solving, Analytical and Decision making Skills.
* At least 6 months to 1 year to any relevant work experience in a call center.
* Proficiency in computer usage and internet savvy.
* A clear, distinct, professional speaking voice.
